Reese Paulson Promoted to Finance Department for Eide Chrysler

We’re happy to announce that our very own Reese Paulson has been promoted to Business Manager at Eide Chrysler. Paulson joined the Eide family in November 2018 as a salesman here in Bismarck.

From the Sales Floor to the Finance Department

In his new Business Manager role, Paulson still works directly with customers by assisting with the financial process on new vehicles, and walking them through the paperwork. He's responsible for following through and making an efficient, fun experience before customers drive home in their new or used vehicles in Bismarck.

Reese has only been in the role for a short while, but things are already going well. Due to the uniqueness of COVID-19, there’s been a lot of quick learning on the job. 

During COVID, the business managers had two shifts which meant he put in many long days. But, it was worth it. Thank you, Reese!

“When people leave the dealership, the work for us is just beginning,” Reese says. “Following up with the bank and continuing to communicate between the customers and banks to make sure everything is organized and done in a timely manner goes beyond their time in the dealership.”

Reese wanted to give a shout out to the management team as well. 

“They've done a great job of putting the proper people in management,” Reese says.

What This Means for Eide Customers

With Reese Paulson and the entire Eide finance team, you’ve got true customer advocates on your side when it comes time for the banks. Paulson communicates that education and research on the customer’s part is key for a good buying experience.

“I think more than ever we're seeing the most educated buyers we've ever seen. People are doing their research online. Which is great, because you wouldn't just make a large purchase without doing that first,” Reese says.

He encourages customers to be willing to work with the salesperson when they come into the store. Between the customer’s research and the sales staff expertise, the right vehicle is just around the corner.

Reese credits his time spent as a salesman with the ability to talk and build relationships with customers.
