From the Dealership to the Dugout: Eide Chrysler Finishes the Softball Year Swingin’

Another year of summer softball is in the books for our Eide Chrysler team! 

For about five years now, Bismarck’s Eide Ford and Eide Chrysler dealerships have been sponsoring and participating as one softball team — team Eide — in softball tournaments around North Dakota. 

That’s right, we don’t just sponsor the softball league — our own employees put up some good competition as the players. It’s a great way for everyone to hang out outside of work while enjoying a great game of softball. 

This year our own Class C slowpitch team played in the Thursday Roughrider League, one of 13 leagues for Bismarck’s Slowpitch Softball.

Family Fun on the Field

Earlier this month team Eide played in the Rec 3 state tournament, which takes place at the end of the season each year. Player and Eide Chrysler General Manager  Don Pask says that the weekend tournament at the end of each season is one of his favorites. 

“It's overall a really fun weekend of softball and hanging out with the teams and all our families. It gets to be pretty fun watching our team's personal families grow over the years and having kids run around with us over the weekend.”

Team Eide was able to make it to the championship game and finished second in their league this summer.
