If you’re someone who is looking for a job with an excellent employer in the Bismarck-Mandan area and wants to grow as a person and a professional, Eide Chrysler has an opportunity for you. We’re hiring sales professionals in Bismarck.
And if you like cars — well, that’s a bonus in this career!
Eide Chrysler believes in investing in its people and promoting from within. Many of our team members have worked their way from delivery coordinators or sales consultants to management.
General Manager Don Pask is one of them. He started as an intern at Eide Ford back in 2011, and has served in many roles on the sales teams at both stores.
“What I enjoy most about working with Eide is the team that we built,” he said. “I love the people that I work with. We hang out at work, we hang out outside of work, and it’s a great family atmosphere. I work with great people from all over the state, and it makes coming to work just that much more enjoyable.”
Justin Hutslar started as a sales consultant and was promoted last year to business manager.
“From having zero sales experience to taking the Business Manager position in just a year and a half, it’s obvious that they’re willing to help employees grow if you put in the effort. I can personally attest to that,” Hutslar said.
Eide Chrysler believes in investing in its employees, as General Manager Don Pask and Business Manager Justin Hutslar can tell you.
We’re looking for high energy, fun, compassionate people for a fast-paced working environment. And no, you don’t need to have sales experience to succeed in the role.
“Whether they have experience or not, it’s not important at our dealership,” Pask said. “We have a very good onboarding and training program, so that they’re set up well to succeed in sales. Some dealers say, ‘here’s our lot, go sell cars’. That’s not how we do things. Our onboarding process allows us to stand above the rest of the local competition in our region.”
New sales consultants go through product knowledge and sales training, a certification through the manufacturer, and then consistent weekly trainings between the corporate trainer and individual sales manager.
“We invest a lot of time in our new hires, so they’re built to have the most success possible,” Pask said.
Eide Chrysler is a locally owned, family-run business, and we take pride in our customer service and our team. No two days are completely alike. If you’re willing to put in the time, we’ll help you be successful as a sales consultant.
“One thing that we say about the sales positions about our stores, it’s a lot of fun selling cars and working here,” Pask said. “You get to meet a lot of different people from all walks of life. Every day brings on its new challenges, so it continues to keep you on your toes. At the end of the day, it’s a great company to work for.”
