Worked with Dylan on purchase of a new Gladiator. I'm from out of state, but Dylan made this easy for me and service--all over the phone--has been seamless, easy, and courteous, and the communication excellent. I'm flying to Bismarck to pick the vehicle up tomorrow, and they are even going to give me a lift from the airport! Can't wait to tell you how the pick up and drive home process goes tomorrow! Great people to work with! Follow up 2 days after my vehicle pick up: What a great experience! Such a friendly, comfortable, low-pressure team delivering the best customer experience I've ever had with an auto purchase. Chase picked me up in a white Gladiator at the Bismarck Airport, and whisked me right over to Eide CDJR where my brand new Gobi colored Gladiator was sitting washed and beautifully prepped in the fully enclosed presentation bay! While Dylan and his finance partner Jeremy started working on the paperwork, Chase walked me all around and through the vehicle, showing me how everything works right down to the smallest detail, and setting up my Jeep app and and personalizing all the settings right there on the spot. Dylan then took care of the sale very efficiently, and Jeremy took care of the finances in lightning speed! I financed with Chrysler Capital, so Jeremy and his finance partner Kyle had all the financing paperwork all pre-filled and ready for signatures, making the process super quick. At that point, Dylan walked me around the car one more time to see if I had any questions. At the end of my visit, Dylan's manager, Jory, greeted me personally and congratulated me on my new Gladiator, thanked me for my business, and asked if he could help in any other way! Dylan then opened the door, wished me a safe drive, and sent me on my way back to Minnesota. I had a nice sunny drive back to Minnesota through God's country. What a pleasant, fair, seamless, and respectful auto purchase process. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and appreciated meeting every one of the Eide staff who helped me throughout my transaction and visit. It is remarkable that you can make a purchase from out-of-state, right over the phone and internet, with extremely fair pricing and impeccable attention to detail, and be shown such white-glove service including immediate transportation from the airport, a ready-to-go vehicle, and a team that is totally prepared to get things done quickly, because they know you have to drive your new vehicle safely back to your out-of-state home.
