Gerald in service was great to work with on my transmission fitting issue. He helped keep everything moving and made sure the problem was addressed clearly without a bunch of confusion or back and forth. Communication was straightforward, he followed up when he said he would, and the whole process felt a lot smoother because of that. I appreciate the help and how professional he was through the whole thing.
