Two years ago, I bought a vehicle (from another dealership) that ended up giving me issues about a year later. I went back to the same dealership in hopes of working a trade in. They were not helpful, and it felt like they cared more about commission. Also, dealing with them with fixing my car was a MESS. I've been on the lookout for an F150. I was recommended to Eric Harrison by family, and heard nothing but good things about him. Everyone knows when you're at a dealership, you expect to be there almost the whole day. Eric was hands down, the best from start to finish. He was very professional, but also very cool and made me feel comfortable. He never forced me into anything, and he was always transparent/honest with any information about the vehicles I looked at. I was very picky with what I wanted, and I appreciate how patient he was. Because of the mess I had to deal with at another dealership, I wasn't very trusting in the beginning, but Eric had a positive attitude, and made the trade-in process go very smoothly. It was a very long day, but I was more than happy with what I drove off the lot with! It was worth driving 3 1/2 hours to Eide. If you are looking for a new vehicle and/or a trade in, go see Eric Harrison, you will not be disappointed!!!
