About six weeks ago my husband and I were on our third day of a month long road trip. We were about 2000 miles from home driving our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the interstate in a steady rainstorm when the wiper blades crossed. We stopped at the next safe moment but without any decent tools we could not do much in the way of troubleshooting or repair. It was this situation which brought us to the service department of Eide Chrysler where we met Cody and Josh. What a couple of friendly and helpful guys. We drove up, obviously without an appointment, at lunch hour and they went out of their way to take care of us immediately. Fortunately it was not a complicated fix and did not require parts but it did take about 20 minutes to diagnose and repair. They sent us on way without a charge. If we lived in the Bismarck area we would definitely patronize Eide Chrysler for our repair needs. The second best we can do is thank Cody and Josh and recommend their department to those who do live nearby.
