I needed a spare key for a used van I bought, so I called Eide Chrysler and the lady did some checking and told me they had what I needed and no appointment was necessary. I got to the dealership and the door opened as I pulled up. I was greeted and I told them what a I needed. A young lady said she had talked to me on the phone and she had all the information ready. I went to the waiting room and 15 minutes later she came to get me. I paid the bill and was out the door. It was a professional and fast experience. Thank you!
