We had an excellent experience working with Avery, the car salesman at Eide Chrysler. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us a variety of options within our budget. He made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond, answering all our questions and even helping us make a plan to surprise our daughter with her new car! I had a great experience with Eide Chrysler. Cole Kingsley (sales) was professional, and helped the process to be easy. Kyle Edwards ( internet sales) was helpful, and went out of his way to make sure Eide as a company was taking care of me as a consumer. And then there was Jeremiah Johnson (business office). This guys a rockstar. Pure platinum customer service. If you leave feeling uniformed; it certainly is not from this team’s lack of knowledge and experience. Go get yourself what you want, this team will help.

Justin hustlar helped me and my wife purchase an older dodge that they had.. was good price for what it is. I paid cash, was nice that they allowed me to swipe the card for the money due to my bank not being one that this state has. Besides on military bases which is pretty far away. Was not sure if I was going to be buying it first day. But later that evening I messaged him at about 9:40 at night and bought the truck he helped me then and then he came in the morning of his day off to finish up the paper work. If I bought another truck from this dealership I would deal with him.

My pickup was totalled and I was in a hurry to find a replacement, Cole in sales was awesome to work with and went the extra mile to answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Cole for anyone in the market for Ram trucks, especially the HD line, he really knows the product line and is will go dig up answers to anything he doesn't know off the top of his head. Straight shooter who will do what it takes to get the deal done. 10/10 would shop with Cole again.

Where do I start? My experience has been nothing short of amazing. My pickup has had a number of issues since I bought it and the guys at Eide have worked their hind ends off to figure out what is going on. There were underlying issues that were never addressed by previous dealerships causing many failures including the turbo and the guys at Eide worked diligently to get to the bottom of it. They never treated me like I was annoying or stupid and though the majority of it has been warranty work- they still have been working with me and are committed to solving the issues!!!! Thank you so much all of you for your passion, dedication, and respect through this adventure!!!!!!

The Eide Chrysler sales department was extremely professional. Brady greeted me and helped me find the truck I was looking for. He was friendly, personable, eager to help, and not pushy. These are very important aspects of purchasing a vehicle for me. He worked with finance department and gave me an exceptional trade on my previous vehicle and helped make purchasing my truck obtainable. Also Jeremy from finance took care of me. He assisted with a stellar warranty and negotiated a manageable rate and payment. He was also able to remove the taxes on the vehicle due to my veteran status. All in all it was an outstanding auto buying experience, and I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to this dealership. 4/20/2026 I just wanted to update my review. I have been thoroughly impressed with the service and parts department at Eidie Chrysler as well. Since I brought my truck in to have mud flaps installed, then later a tunnel cover, and my free after purchase oil change, you have been my go to for service. The staff are extremely professional and have kept my truck in tip-top condition, and looking good. Especially Mark from the parts department and Cody from service. Those two gentlemen's outstanding service have made me a return customer. Just last week, I brought my wife's 2002 Explorer in for service because I trust your team. I am still impressed! I would like to thank the Eidie Chrysler team for keeping our vehicles squared away!

The whole team at Edie Chrysler was excellent to work with. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted. On a Sunday morning, I saw they had it in stock. So I sent an inquiry online that afternoon. I received a text from Dave asking if I wanted to set up a test drive which we did for Monday morning. We went in with preapproval from our credit union and there was no pressure to go with their financing options. Two years ago, I bought a vehicle (from another dealership) that ended up giving me issues about a year later. I went back to the same dealership in hopes of working a trade in. They were not helpful, and it felt like they cared more about commission. Also, dealing with them with fixing my car was a MESS. I've been on the lookout for an F150. I was recommended to Eric Harrison by family, and heard nothing but good things about him. Everyone knows when you're at a dealership, you expect to be there almost the whole day. Eric was hands down, the best from start to finish. He was very professional, but also very cool and made me feel comfortable. He never forced me into anything, and he was always transparent/honest with any information about the vehicles I looked at. I was very picky with what I wanted, and I appreciate how patient he was. Because of the mess I had to deal with at another dealership, I wasn't very trusting in the beginning, but Eric had a positive attitude, and made the trade-in process go very smoothly. It was a very long day, but I was more than happy with what I drove off the lot with! It was worth driving 3 1/2 hours to Eide. If you are looking for a new vehicle and/or a trade in, go see Eric Harrison, you will not be disappointed!!!

About six weeks ago my husband and I were on our third day of a month long road trip. We were about 2000 miles from home driving our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the interstate in a steady rainstorm when the wiper blades crossed. We stopped at the next safe moment but without any decent tools we could not do much in the way of troubleshooting or repair. It was this situation which brought us to the service department of Eide Chrysler where we met Cody and Josh. What a couple of friendly and helpful guys. We drove up, obviously without an appointment, at lunch hour and they went out of their way to take care of us immediately. Fortunately it was not a complicated fix and did not require parts but it did take about 20 minutes to diagnose and repair. They sent us on way without a charge. If we lived in the Bismarck area we would definitely patronize Eide Chrysler for our repair needs. The second best we can do is thank Cody and Josh and recommend their department to those who do live nearby.

Our Jeep, purchased near our home in Southern Illinois, began acting up during a trip from Saskatchewan Canada, back to Southern Illinois! A quick stop in at Eide dealership, and was told " were so sorry, but we're completely covered up...if you'de like we could take a look at it on Monday ( this was a Thursday afternoon) I was disappointed...we were to return home for a wedding on Saturday and definitely needed to be home for the beginning of my husband's fight against liver cancer, a hospital visit, in 11 days! Later, I called, out of options, and asked to be put on their schedule for Monday. I was told they would try their best to diagnose the problem due to our dire circumstances. They did...the following morning! I am completely blown away by the kindnesses of a service advisor, Matthew McCauley and the young lady taking care of the loaner car they fixed us up with!! Within an hour, we were given a diagnosis AND timely advice on getting straight home, so our vehicle could be fixed in a timely manner! They didn't HAVE to do anything, but we're SO thankful they went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

To start this off, Tyler Miller was who I was dealing with, back in 2023 I had to buy a car from them due to my previous car getting hit and Tyler helped me get that vehicle he was an amazing salesman the car on the other hand could’ve had a better inspection but that is neither on Tyler nor the people who helped me out today, I had decided originally to not go back and i think it was a sign today that I did, I decided to listen to my heart and go back, to my surprise Tyler helped me out again sitting front desk with a smile ready to welcome me back, I explained my frustration with my last car I had and that I am ready to get into a newer one, Tyler Miller, Chris Klein and Jordan (don’t know her last name but she was in finance) got me into a car I was looking at worked out a price with me and everything. I will never say I’m not grateful for them, they have an amazing team, they know what they’re talking about and if you have questions they always seem to know the answer, which you won’t get at most places. Thank you again Tyler I cannot wait to visit you in a few years for another vehicle, I appreciate every step you and Chris made for me today to be able to get the car I been looking at. (Btw I had went to many dealerships and had looked at many vehicles had my credit soft pulled 3 times and I should’ve just came back here my fault but I wasn’t listening to my heart) I had an appointment at 3:30 and out the door at 7:30, yes they went 30 min past clock out to help me..Amazing crew. (The time took little longer due to me test driving, my credit and working out a good price… the banks took the longest with me being young and this being my 2nd car on file with no co signers!)

I couldn’t have had a better experience! My son found the truck I ended up purchasing on their website. We were Going to be driving through Bismarck anyways. So I had my son fill out some information online and I was contacted by Dre. I told him I was gonna be there in about an hour and 15 minutes, and when we pulled in, the truck was sitting right by the door. The price on the truck was more than fair and they gave me about what I expected for my trade-in. I already had a loan lined up, but they were able to shop around and save me a boat one and a half percent On the financing. We were in and out in about two hours. Fast And friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was very helpful. Our salesman Lewis was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Made suggestions that were helpful. I ended up with the Jeep grand Cherokee that I wanted. The only part I did not care for was them holding onto my keys when they drove my vehicle. That almost ended the whole deal before it began. I know what I want, the price/payment range I can afford. If its not close, then I want to leave. I dont need to listen to the sales manager for 30 minutes try to convince me that I can go higher than my budget.

These guys in the service center are amazing. I was travelling across country, stopped to have them look at a check engine light...luckily they diagnosed and fixed my front differential. It turned what could have been total disaster into a few extra days in Bismark. Great customer service, great communication. They provided a driver to the hotel, a loaner vehicle and such kindness, even to my dogs! Can't say enough good things about this crew!

My wife and I were in Bismark so she could give birth to our newest addition to our family. My van broke down when we got to town. As you know having a baby is stressful enough but to add this on top just made it a nightmare. When I called them they said get it in and they try to get to it. I explained the situation to them they didn’t only get my van in but they got it fixed to before we were even discharged from the hospital. This all happened on a Friday to. Amazing group of people here thank you guys so much for taking the burden off my shoulders so I could focus on my wife and new baby girl. You guys are amazing and truly a blessing god bless you all.

Although I had not dealt with Eide in the past, they had a vehicle deal that peaked my interest. As vehicles are such a tough decision, they let us think on it, answered our questions and gave us details that helped us decide whether we could afford to look at a new vehicle. Once we knew the vehicle we were interested in was the right one for us, They worked with us to find a suitable solution for financing, talking through purchasing or leasing options that helped confirm what path we could choose. We made sure to be up front with them regarding the final transaction as we have a small child and told them we couldn’t spend a lot of time waiting and they were great to accommodate our request. I made sure we submitted all the necessary documents up front and everything went smoothly.

What a great experience dealing with Tyler in sales and don pask the general manager. I had a 2025 ram 1500 etorque that corwin ram in fargo would not help me anymore with due to ram calling it a lemon and don and his team picked right up and got me into a new 2025 ram 1500 set right away and no issues whatsoever.
