The Eide Automotive Group is known for a number of things that set us apart in the markets in which we operate. One of the most important factors that elevates our success are the processes that have been put in place to ensure our employees have the necessary tools to be the very best in their profession. Having the right people in the right places is also very important and it is our responsibility to train our employees vigorously on our processes. The man that you see in the photo laid the foundation for the training and continuous education that has allowed us to become among the best dealerships in the areas in which we operate. His name is Tim Lickteig. Tim worked for the Eide Group for nearly 30 years in various positions. His impact on the training and development of our employees was exceptional, but the way he engaged with each and every person he met was truly what set Tim apart. Tim’s years of dedication and expertise in this industry has never and will never be overlooked or forgotten by anybody who knows him.
