Eide Chrysler's Employee of the Month for November 2017

We are always proud of our team at Eide Chrysler, and that's why we strive to recognize our employees and all of the hard work they do for our Bismarck customers. 

Gary Bosh is the November 2017 Employee of the month! Gary is an Oil Lube Technician in our service department and a strong asset to the entire Eide Chrysler team. 

Steve Schaefbauer, the Service Manager at Eide Chrysler, says that Gary is a reliable and consistent presence at the dealership who, after 25 years, continues to take great care of Bismarck customers.

"He does an awesome job for us. He shows up for work, is always on time, and for the 12 years I've been here, I don't think he's ever had a comeback or a complaint after an oil change," Steve says. 

In fact, Steve says that many customers have stuck with Gary as their go-to service technician over the years, even as the dealership's ownership has changed hands.

"When Gary calls in sick, he must be almost dead, because he never calls in sick," Steve says. "That's why he's such an asset. He's a hard worker and he keeps the stall spotless. When he goes on vacation, he will let you know if you didn't keep his stall clean. He's very picky, which is awesome."


Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
 
I started back in December of '92, but I'm not really exactly sure on the exact years because of all the changes. 

Q: What important things have you learned about creating relationships with customers?
 
It's important to do a good job on their vehicle and inform them about anything that might be wrong. 
 
Q: What keeps you motivated and excited about coming to work each day? 
 
I just like doing what I"m doing! 
 
Q: What’s something that you like to educate customers on when they come in for service?
 
It's usually like their tire lights, oil change reminders, things like that. Little things that tend to be overlooked - fixing lights; informing them about that. 
 
Q: What's something fun you recently did with your family? 
 
I enjoy spending time with my sister, brother-in-law, and dad and enjoying the holidays together. 
 
Q: What's your dream vehicle?
