Meet the newest member of our Sales Management Team, Matt Christian: New Car Manager!

We are excited to welcome Matt Christian to our Sales Management Team as our New Car Manager! 

As an organization, we pride ourselves on helping our employees to grow, and promoting from within. A perfect example of this is Matt, who joined us as a sales assistant, and has grown into an excellent leader. 

Matt is a part of the Eide family; his grandpa is Al Eide, who founded the Eide Automotive Group in 1974. He grew up watching his grandpa and mother work in the dealership in Grand Forks, and knew that one day he wanted to join the family business. 

Matt started working at Eide Chrysler in January 2022 as a delivery coordinator, and then became a sales consultant the next month. Then, he was promoted to Business Manager at the beginning of 2023, and this month, he was promoted to our New Car Manager! 

“My favorite thing about Eide are the people,” says Matt. “We are all a big family, and I would like to thank everyone who helped to get me to where I am, and making each day fun.”

“Everyday is different, and allows for continuous learning. I am excited for this new role because I like change, and get to take on more tasks and responsibilities. I also get to help others learn and be successful, and I look forward to being a leader within the organization, and helping our team continue to grow.”

“We are really excited for Matt’s new opportunity to be the New Car Manager at Eide Chrysler,” says Don Pask, General Manager at Eide Chrysler. “From the time he started with us in sales, he has shown great leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail. Those characteristics allowed him to find success in our finance department, and now we are really excited to see where he can help take our new vehicle department here in the new future.”

In his free time, he likes to go golfing, hang out with his friends and family, especially his nephews, and spend time on the river in the summer.
