Meet our new Business Manager, Cyrano Rayfield! 

Cyrano joined our Eide family in April of 2023 as a Sales Consultant, and was promoted to Business Manager at the beginning of September 2024. 

“As a sales consultant, I loved being able to provide each of my customers with their perfect vehicle, and seeing them leave with a smile,” says Cyrano. “I have learned how to build strong relationships with my customers, and discover their wants and needs, so that I can help to fulfill them.”

“Eide has helped me to grow a lot, in my people skills and communication, as well as helping me get out of my comfort zone. They have taught me how to be a team player and leader, and I am excited to take these skills into my new role.” 

Cyrano is excited to take on this new position as Business Manager to better understand the automotive industry and the Eide organization, and continue to grow his career and develop his skills.

I have developed some strong relationships with my coworkers, and I am excited to be able to now be a part of the finance team, and help customers in a new way in their car buying experience.”

“I would like to thank Don Pask for giving me the opportunity to start this career last year, and for Timmy Lickteig for being a great sales trainer, and having faith in me from the beginning. I would also like to thank my wife for always being in my corner, and being supportive at all times.”

In his spare time, he likes to workout, and spend time with his family. 

“I have known Cyrano since we started playing football together at the University of Mary in 2014, and it has been awesome to watch him grow and develop inside of our Eide system these past years,” says Don Pask, General Manager. “He has done an exceptional job during his role as sales consultant, taking care of his customers and being a leader on the sales floor. This move into our finance department is a great opportunity for him, and I am excited for him in the next chapter of his career, and to watch him continue to grow in this new position.”
