Meet our Fixed Operations Assistant at Eide Chrysler, Alyssa Huston!

Alyssa started her career at Eide Chrysler in 2020 as a part-time cashier. After a few months, she became a full-time cashier. Through the years, she has been the Assistant Warranty Administrator, the Safety Coordinator, and the Head Cashier, all duties that she still holds. Last fall, Alyssa was promoted to the Fixed Operations Assistant. 

Every day looks different for Alyssa, which is something she enjoys. But she also has things she has to take care of each day, including making the previous day’s reports for the service department, managing the technician’s hours, updating the service advisors, managing the CTP and rental vehicles, creating schedules, and communicating with customers. Additionally, she manages the service departments expense accounts, handles the parts and labor studies, and continues helping out the cashiers and her safety coordinator duties. 

“Something I really like about this job is that it is extremely rewarding to see our customers leave happy and satisfied after their service work is complete,” says Alyssa. “I also love the people that I work with, both in the dealership and our customers; I have been able to develop lasting relationships with some of our customers. I feel lucky to work for a company that makes a difference in our community.”

Through her 5 years at Eide Chrysler, Alyssa has grown in her leadership, patience, and gratefulness for the little things, as well as customer service, time management, and communication. She is looking forward to the new learning opportunities that she will be faced with, and being able to continue her career and open doors to new opportunities with the Eide Automotive Group.

“My favorite thing about this job is that I get to help make changes that will benefit both our customers and our store as a whole,” Alyssa says. “Everyday is different, and I love having the diversity of multiple operations, with many tasks to complete, where I leave each day with a sense of accomplishment, knowing I have learned something new and grown in my abilities.”

In her free time, Alyssa likes to work out, spend time outside, hang out with her friends and family, and train her chocolate lab, Lady.
