Meet Eide Chrysler’s newest Lube Rack Advisor: Jeffrey Sivertson

Eide Chrysler has a new Lube Rack Advisor, Jeffrey Sivertson!

Jeffrey started with us at the beginning of January 2023, and we are excited to add him to our Eide family.

Jeffrey is not new to the service world. He has been a service advisor since 2020, and also worked in automotive sales for 5 years, so he is extremely knowledgeable on most vehicles he works with now.

Having good customer service is something that Eide prides itself on having, and Jeffrey lives up to it every day. “I want to build strong relationships with all of our customers to develop trust, and the only way to do that is by always having good customer service,” says Jeffrey.

“We are very excited to have Jeffrey as a part of our team,” says our Service Department Manager, Tony Bosch. “He brings a lot of energy to the team, and a lot of experience to the position. And, he always takes good care of our customers.”

One thing Jeffrey enjoys about the service industry is that he is always learning and adapting to different challenges that are thrown his way. No day is ever the same, and he gets to meet new people every day.

“I am looking forward to being a part of the local Bismarck-Mandan community, and to build a career at Eide Chrysler,” Jeffrey said.

Jeffrey joins Sandy McKeating as a part of the lube rack advisor team. “I am really looking forward to working with Jeffrey moving forward,” Sandy says. “He has a really good personality, and we work very well together. I really think we will be able to take this to the next level.”

In his free time, he likes to go golfing, spend time with his kids, go to sporting events and concerts, and go camping!
