Meet Eide Chrysler's Employee of the Month for December 2021: Wayne Blohm

Our employee of the month for December 2021 is Wayne Blohm!

Wayne is one of our technicians at Eide Chrysler, and has been working at this building for 35 years. But it didn’t start there… Wayne owned his own shop at the age of 16!

The most rewarding part of this job to Wayne is having the satisfaction of fixing a car, and getting it right the first time.

One of Wayne’s biggest strengths is helping out the younger technicians. Currently, Wayne is apprenticing two technicians. He loves to help others grow while they are working towards getting certified by passing on his knowledge.

Another one of Wayne’s strengths is his ability to get along with everyone, and especially building strong relationships with customers. 

Although his job can sometimes be challenging, Wayne is always eager to find the solution by slowing down and taking it step by step, in order to have the best and quickest results.

During his free time, Wayne loves to spend his time outdoors, by fishing, hunting, and riding UTV’s.

“Wayne is a very talented and reliable technician,” says Tony Bosch, our service department manager. “He is always willing to help, and constantly goes out of his way for his customers.”
