We are excited to announce that we have a shift within our leadership team! This month, two of our Sales Managers, Jory Ditsworth and Kyle Edwards, have taken on new positions to help bring success and growth to our team.
The Eide Organization prides itself on promoting from within, and the growth that these two members have brought to our team here at Eide Chrysler is something to celebrate.
Jory Ditsworth, New Car Manager
Jory Ditsworth started with the Eide organization in 2013 at Eide Ford as a salesman, and his growth through the company has been incredible to see. Through the last 10 years, Jory has been a salesman, a business manager, Finance Director, Internet Sales Manager, and now New Car Manager!
“My favorite thing about working at Eide is that every day is different. You never know what the day might throw at you, but being able to watch our team succeed and grow every day, and our employees reaching personal and professional goals is amazing to see,” says Jory.
“Jory has displayed a great deal of detail oriented processes, and I feel with his previous experience and working knowledge he will be a great New Car Manager,” says Don Pask, General Manager at Eide Chrysler.
“What I’m most looking forward to by stepping into this new role as New Car Manager is learning more about our merchandising, order, and pricing of our new vehicles. It’s a whole new world, but I am excited for this new challenge,” Jory says.
“Eide Chrysler has given me the opportunity for advancement and growth within my career,” Jory says. “They have given me all of the tools to succeed, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughters.
Kyle Edwards, Internet Sales Manager
Kyle started his career at Eide Chrysler in 2018 as a salesman, and two years later moved up into finance. In 2022, Kyle moved into a sales manager position, and in August 2023, he became the Internet Sales Manager.
“Eide has taught me the importance of customer service, and providing an exceptional customer experience,” says Kyle. “Being able to create a lifelong customer is our main goal, and actually providing that to our customers is one of my favorite things.”
“I have been able to create a career at Eide Chrysler. They have given me the opportunity to grow within the company, even getting into management at a young age.”
“We’re a family here,” Kyle says. “We’re always professional but we know how to have fun together. It’s one big team where everyone likes to help each other, and it’s helped to create a great atmosphere here at Eide Chrysler.”
“Kyle has a unique ability of being able to work with both our customers and our sales staff through our internet processes,” Pask says. “With his previous experience within the company he will help to provide a great buying experience for our customers within his new role as Internet Sales Manager.”
“Some of my favorite things are being able to talk with our customers and develop relationships with them, as well as work with our sales team and help them to grow within their careers,” says Kyle. “In this new position I am excited to be able to continue to help our customers get the process started online, and to help our internet sales staff to grow in their skills.”
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, spending time outside and exploring Bismarck.
“I am really excited to watch Kyle and Jory grow in their new positions,” says Billy, General Sales Manager at Eide Chrysler. “We have a huge opportunity to grow our internet sales team with Kyle at the helm. He has great experience within our organization and with customers, and I think he will bring a lot of good things to our team.”
“I see Jory as a leader within our store,” Billy continues. “We have a great opportunity to grow our sales department with Jory as our New Car Manager. Being able to work with him on a daily basis I have already seen great changes, and am excited for the growth that is to come.”
Kyle and Jory fully encompass what it means to be a leader, and uphold our philosophy and mission every day. They have aided in the growth of our culture and family atmosphere within our dealership.
We are extremely excited for these new changes within our leadership team, and we believe that Eide Chrysler will benefit greatly with Jory and Kyle in their new positions.
