Steve Schaefbauer is our Service Manager here at Eide Chrysler, and he points to Gerald's reliability as one of the reasons he was selected as Employee of the Month.

Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
I've been here since 2012 and then started with Eide when they took over the dealership in Fall of 2016.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
First, I come in and greet customers and then I spend a lot of my day taking care any recalls and scheduling appointments for those issues.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy meeting new customers and getting to know people.
Q: What do you drive and what's your dream vehicle?
My dream vehicle is anything that Chrysler makes, and that's all I drive! My next one will be a
Dodge Charger. I don't drive anything but Mopar Chrysler products.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
I help my dad farm.
Q: Why is Eide Chrysler a great place to do business?
Bismarck customers can expect that our staff is highly trained and that we know what's going on when they bring their vehicles in.
