Q: How long have you been on the Eide Chrysler team?
Q: What do you like about working at Eide Chrysler?
The people for sure. I love interacting with new people and enjoy making people happy when I help them find the right vehicle for their family, budget, and lifestyle.
Driving all the cool cars isn’t bad either!
Q: What do you enjoy about auto sales?
Accepting the position at Eide Chrysler was my first auto sales position, and so far I enjoy it very much.
People are usually pretty upbeat when buying a car, and I get to see new faces and hear new stories every day. There’s always something to do so the days go by fast!
Q: What's the most important thing a salesperson can do?
The most important thing any salesperson can do is to listen to the customer. Not enough people understand this concept.
Instead of telling someone what they need, make yourself helpful by listening to a customer’s concerns and priorities in a vehicle. Then you can help guide people by giving them the information the want and need so that they can make an informed decision.
Q: What is the most common question (or type of question) shoppers ask?
It depends what type of vehicle people are looking for. If a customer is looking to purchase a truck, they usually ask questions about towing capabilities and payload. Fuel economy is another top question for all vehicle types.
When it comes to families, they will most often ask about room and cargo space, which makes sense. Often they want a crossover or SUV that will fit their entire family while boasting as much cargo space as possible.
Q: Why is Eide Chrysler different from other Bismarck dealerships?
Eide Chrysler cares a lot about their reputation, so we’re always trying to provide the best car-buying experience possible. The Eide organization also care about their employees, and recognizes the hard work the employees give each and every day.
Q: What’s new and exciting at Eide Chrysler this month?
The all-new Jeep Gladiator is fresh on the lot, and has caused a lot of interest here in Bismarck, and around the country! Additionally, we’re excited to get some new products at the dealership in the next year or so including the Jeep Grand Wagoneer.
Our 2019 RAM 1500 was named MotorTrend Truck of the Year, which is very exciting! This truck has more features, room, pulling capability, and fuel economy than past models. Plus, the ride comfort is a major advantage compared to other trucks for sale in Bismarck.

Q: How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy spending time with his daughter and working on project vehicles. Right now, I’m restoring my 1997 Chevy pickup!

I think it goes beyond selling vehicles. To be Employee of the Month at Eide Chrysler, you need to put in the extra mile and always do what’s expected of you.
