Eide Chrysler takes pride in employing great people who take great care of our business here in Bismarck.
One of those great people is Chris Klein, our Employee of the Month!
He's been with us since Eide took over the location in 2016, and Don Pask, General Sales Manager at Eide Chrysler, says he's "one of our anchors here. It's been cool to watch him grow over the last few years."
Don says that Chris has almost doubled his sales average since joining the Eide team.
"When we came in, Chris was selling anywhere between 12-15 cars per month. Now, he sells anywhere from 22-25 per month. He was nominated because last month, he hit a personal record — he sold 27 vehicles, and 25 vehicles the month before. That's 52 cars in two months — it's the best back-to-back month he's had."
But Don also said that Chris was nominated because of how he helps everyone out. "He's been in the industry for 10 years. He's done a really great job with our younger staff, with giving them pointers — going above and beyond with his personal performance and also helping out the team where he can."

Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
With Eide — when they took over 2 years and 5 months. I’ve been in the building since October 2012. It was a very big transition when they took over, but it worked out for the better.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
A lot of trying to stay as organized as possible, making as many phone calls and sending as many emails as possible, all just trying to stay in contact with customers.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
Reaching out and meeting different people and helping them get a car, it’s satisfying to help people achieve what they were expecting — or go beyond that.
Q: What do you drive and what's your dream vehicle?
Right now, I drive a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I want the High Altitude or the Track Hawk.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
Biking’s my biggest passion. I have all kinds of different bikes — I have seven really good ones. I like to mountain bike, cook, and stay active. I chop trees down with axes for fun — kind of extreme things —I also like to snowshoe. I try not let the weather dictate what I’m going to do.
Q: What are you most excited about on the Eide CDJR showroom floor?
The nine passenger Jeep that can compete with the Yukon, Tahoe, or Suburban. It’s expected to be here this fall.
Q: Why is Eide Chrysler a great place to do business?
Because the customer comes first. They won the Customer First Award for Excellence, and they do actually put the customer first. The experience of the customer is always the most important.
