Another month; another standout employee at Eide Chrysler.
Meet Francis Morin, our October 2018 Employee of the Month! Francis is one of the many service technicians in the Eide Chrysler Service Department who keep Bismarck-Mandan drivers on the road day after day by providing fast and quality oil changes.
Service manager Steve Schaefbauer says that Francis was selected as Employee of the Month because of his dependability and willingness to help out his team.
"We were short on help during October and Francis stepped up to the plate and came in on his days off," Steve says. "He's good at what he does and is very dependable."

Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
I have been here since they opened, left for a while and then joined the team again! So, off and on during the past two years.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
I mainly do oil changes, tires, and filters. We're pretty busy, and are always booked out about a week out, so there's never really a slow day. There's always something to work on!
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
I like working with the people around me because everyone helps each other out.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
I spend time with my brother, kicking back and working on our cars at home. What I do is more than a job –it's also a hobby when I'm not at work!
