Eide Chrysler's August Employee of the Month: Dani Marks

Take our Employee of the Month, for example. She spends every day working diligently on the details at her desk here in Bismarck.

Dani's supervisor, Office Manager Eva Carlstad, endorsed Dani for the award.
"In August, we needed someone to fill the role of cashier until we hired for the position," said Eva. "Dani stepped up and took the responsibility of helping out with cashier while also performing her duties as an accounts payable clerk."
But Dani's willingness to help out isn't limited to the month of August, according to Eva.
"She is always very pleasant to work with," said Eva. "She'll do anything you ask her to do. If she doesn't understand something, she'll ask questions. She's just a great team player."

Eide Chrysler's Employee of the Month for August 2018
Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
Almost two years. I started right before Eide took over the store.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
I spend a good amount of the day entering invoices and reconciling statement. We have invoices for new vehicles or if we have work done at a different dealership such as Eide Ford. There is a good variety of different things we pay for.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
It seems to always have different outcomes. Nothing is ever the same. There's always different issues and situations to handle and fix.

Q: What do you drive and what's your dream vehicle?
I'm currently driving my dream vehicle – a bright orange 2018 Dodge Charger. The sporty look is a big pro. AWD will be nice in the winter.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
Camping. Hiking. Kayaking. Turtle Lake. Being outside in general. I'm also planning a wedding which is happening here in a couple weeks!
Q: Why is Eide Chrysler a great place to do business?
From what I can see, they really care about their customers and want them to feel comfortable enough to come back. Whether it's a vehicle or service or buying parts – they care about what the customers think.

"She's been very helpful during training and learning new things," said Dani. "August was busy with the cashier position open, but it went fast!"
