Eide Chrysler's April Employee and Salesman of the Month: Dylan Hocking

Spring is off to a great start here in the Bismarck-Mandan area, and our Eide Chrysler team continues to provide exceptional service and help our customers find the right vehicle for them.
During April, we selected Dylan Hocking as both the Employee of the Month AND Salesman of the Month. Dylan sold 40 vehicles during the month, which is a new record for Eide Chrysler!
Jesse Schuchard, General Sales Manager, says that Dylan was selected for this monthly recognition because he has a work ethic that few people have.
"Dylan is here six days a week and is always with a customer or on the phone with a customer. Selling 40 cars in a month isn’t a fluke – he works hard and his customers love him."

Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
About four or five months now – I previously worked at another dealership and then started here.
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
I make a lot of phone calls and emails and prepare for appointments that are coming. When I'm not with customers, I'm on the lot or making more phone calls.
Q: What is the most rewarding part of your job?
It's rewarding to get someone into a car that didn't think they could get – like if they have poor credit or tough financial issues – but we can help them make it work.
Q: What is something you like to educate customers about when they're looking for a new vehicle?
I think leasing is really fun, so I like to educate our customers about that.
Q: What do you drive and what's your dream vehicle?
I drive a Range Rover and I'd say that is my dream vehicle!
Q: What do you do in your free time?
When I'm not working, I am very involved with my church, and I also coach 5th and 6th grade football.
Q: Why is Eide Chrysler a great place to do business?
Why isn't it?! The team here is very transparent, upfront, and honest. That transparency is my favorite thing about working here.
