We're having a great start to the year here at Eide Chrysler, and as always, our entire team is doing their best to provide a top-notch experience to our Bismarck-Mandan customers.
Our January 2018 Employee of the Month is Assistant Lot Manager Drelon Parks.
Jesse Schuchard, General Sales Manager here at Eide Chrysler, says that Drelon is consistently a reliable team member and was unanimously chosen as Employee of the Month.
"Drelon has really taken his increased role at the dealership head on. He has put forth noticeable effort in making sure our lot looks perfect and is easily accessible," Jesse says.

Eide Chrysler's Employee of the Month for January 2018
Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
It'll be a year in April.
Q: What's your day-to-day look like at work?
When a new vehicle comes in, it goes through inspection, gets prepped, gets photos taken, and then it's ready to go on the lot and website for sale. I help facilitate that process.
If there are used vehicles on the lot with some damage, we'll inspect them and call around to get quotes for getting bodywork done.
Q: What keeps you motivated and excited about coming to work each day?
I like seeing everyone's faces each day – everyone is very friendly and it's like a second family to me, since my mom lives in Arizona. It's a great place to work. I started from the bottom and my main goal is to keep working hard and working my way up.
Q: How do you like to spend your time when you're not at work?
I like to hang out with friends, go to the shooting range, and ride motorcycle in the summer.
Q: What's your dream vehicle?
A Lamborghini Aventador the LP700 - 4; I've wanted this since I was a kid!
