Eide CDJR February Employee of the Month: Jason Mildenberger

The Eide Chrysler team continues to bring the best customer experience to Bismarck. Our parts advisor Jason Mildenberger is a strong asset to our top-notch team, which is why he's been chosen as the Employee of the Month for February 2018!
Steve Huber, parts manager at Eide Chrysler, says that Jason's strong work ethic and reliability are reasons he was chosen as the Employee of the Month.
"We've been shorthanded and all my guys have really stepped it up and worked extra time," Steve says. "One Saturday, it was Jason's day off but he came in to help when we had a double load come in. He didn't have to do that."
Steve says that the Eide Chrysler parts team goes the extra mile, and that Jason does a great job of handling his various responsibilities in the parts department.

Eide Chrysler's Employee of the Month for February 2018
Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
I started in December 2016, so about a year and three months ago.
Q: What's your day-to-day look like at work?
After getting settled in, regular phone calls start rolling in and we work through those until the freight truck comes in. Once parts from the freight truck are checked in, we start putting them away.
I also spend time doing service for customers who call in with service needs and working with those who order their own parts through us.
Q. Is there anything particular you enjoy educating customers about when they need new parts?
When customers come in for accessories like mudflaps or running boards, it's fun to show examples and give them ideas of what can separate their vehicle from the rest; how they can make it look different and give it some style.
Q: How do you like to spend your time when you're not at work?
In the summer I go camping with my family and usually in the winter we do activities at home with the kids.
Q: What's your dream vehicle?
A 1956 Ford F-100, which I'm currently restoring and have owned for 21 years.
