December Employee of the Month: Jeff Ayers

Our team at Eide Chrysler is at it again – going above and beyond for our Bismarck customers and helping them find their perfect vehicle.
This month, we're recognizing Jeff Ayers as the December Employee of the Month. Jeff is a sales consultant here on the CDJR team and we're excited to introduce you to him!
Jesse Schuchard, General Sales Manager, says that Jeff is a knowledgeable, go-to guy with any questions a customer may have about our vehicles.
"Customers that work with Jeff will have almost any question answered on the spot," Jesse says. "Jeff is a guy that customers can count on to reach out and is available every step of the way in their decision process."
In addition to Jeff's all-star customer service, he set a personal record last month with 22 sales! Even more exciting is that 18 of those sales were new vehicles, which require more of a time investment when helping customers through the sales process.

Q: How long have you been at the dealership?
Around 11 years.
Q: What important things have you learned about creating relationships with customers?
It's important to be patient and listen to the customer to what their needs and wants are.
Q: What keeps you motivated and excited about coming to work each day?
I like the opportunity to meet new people and also the friendly staff here. I get to meet a lot of different people and see what they do and I like to be able to help them meet their needs while looking for a new vehicle. I like buying new cars myself, so it's awesome when I get to help others do the same.
Q: What’s something that you like to educate customers on when they come in for service?
People often don't know what kind of packages or equipment they want, and I like to break it down for them so we can find the right fit for what they are looking for. It's also fun to show people how the different vehicle technology works.
Q: How do you like to spend your time when you're not at work?
I like to take out my motorcycle and go racing.
Q: What's your dream vehicle?
A Dodge Demon or a Tesla.
Q: Is there anyone you'd like to thank for the Employee of the Month award?
I'd like to thank Billy Ericksen and Don Pask for helping motivate me and helping me with customers, as well as my wife and family for supporting me as I put in many hours to be successful in the business.
