Why You Should Come to the 2019 Night for the Stars (and it's Not Just Because We're Proud Sponsors!)

In just a few days, hundreds of people will gather at the Bismarck Events Center for the Seventh Annual Night for the Stars event. Attendees will walk a red carpet, pause for a professional photo, enjoy hors d'oeuvres, and participate in the main event — a silent and live auction, and a raffle for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, sponsored by Eide Chrysler.

This event isn't only a good time, it's for a good cause too, and we're proud to be involved.

The Cause

Did you know that roughly 83 patients at CHI St. Alexius Health need imaging services every day? Of those, 55 usually show up in the emergency room first, which means minutes matter, but radiology can be a slow process.

Until now.

Night for the Stars Event Organizer Kilee Harmon says that upgraded technology will allow patients to get results faster and better images, which brings them one step closer to good health much faster!

With the proceeds from this event, the hospital will buy this upgraded imaging technology, and Harmon says the benefits of this technology reach into the entire Bismarck community.

"We’re all in this together. Healthcare is a community-based service. Everyone will benefit from healthcare one way or another, and we really appreciate our community members helping provide better care for the region. We're very grateful to our sponsors [for helping make this event happen]. Together, we’re better, together we’re healthier."

The Event

• Hearing the story of a patient who recovered from an awful injury with the help of CHI St Alexis Health
